Amazing! We last minute needed a crib on the long weekend and Jayson got back to us right away and was so helpful. Drop off and pick up was easy and came right to our Air bnb. We even received a basket of toys for our kids which was incredibly thoughtful and needed. We will definitely be using Ok Baby Rentals again!

I contacted OK BR and they replied quickly and gave me the entire run down. They’re prices are 100 percent reasonable for the amount of hassle they saved us! They accommodated our needs to meet in Penticton and offered a variety of toys of our ten month old. We used a crib, booster seat, toys and baby gate. They were fantastic to work with, super nice and we will definitely use them again

Jayson was phenomenal to work with! He responded quickly, ensured that we had items that we needed, and was helpful in meeting the needs of last minute requests. Jayson was flexible in pick up and drop off times, making it easier for me who was travelling on my own with 2 children. Jayson really cares about helping families, and ensuring that they are as stress free as possible while travelling. We will absolutely reach out to this company again for any future travel needs!

What a great experience! Excellent communication and good quality items. We rented a crib, 2 high chairs, a baby gate, and a toy box. Truly what put them over the top for me was how great the toy box was! I’ve rented toy boxes when we’ve travelled before and none were as robust as this one. It was a total add on at the end and I thought it was a bit pricey, but it was SO worth it. Excellent collection of toys, books, and puzzles for my 3 year old and 11 month old. Kept them totally entertained. Highly recommend this company and the toy box!

Easy to communicate with, wonderful car seats. Drop off and pick-up was also very easy. Overall great experience, will definitely use them next time I fly into Kelowna!

It was so easy and a pleasure to work with Okanagan Baby Rentals. We rented a full size crib, which came with a mattress, mattress pad and sheet. Everything was clean and in great condition, arrived on time and Jayson was kind enough to bring a little basket of toys for our son to use. Would absolutely use again and recommend highly.

Literally the easiest part of our travels across country with an infant. They were beyond accommodating with pickup/drop off of equipment and very fast response time when organizing the rental. The equipment was clean and as advertised- and their recommendation perfectly fit what we needed for our daughter. Will definitely be using this company on our next trip to the Okanagan!

Travel made easy! We flew to Kelowna from Toronto and it was so much easier flying without the hassle of car seats. My father-in-law picked them up for us so we had them ready and waiting at the airport. The price is right too!

Great organization to deal with. Made everything super easy by providing a drop off and pick up of equipment to our car rental dealership. Our son was really comfortable in the car seat that was easy to install and adjust/tighten and the toys we rented were thoroughly enjoyed! Thanks for being super accommodating and making our trip to easy and enjoyable! Can't wait for our next trip to the Okanagan to use you again!!
