His well established company serves ODSP clients with deep levels of respect and Universal Diaper Company is very well stocked with ALL the premium diapers (example: Rearz BARNYARD) & incontinence products so they can always fulfill monthly orders in a timely fashion.Their price model is highlycompetitive too.(Rearz Barnyard significantly cheaper than other retailers I encountered, for example)This gentleman business owner knows how to run a successful company while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront. Where do I even begin in trying to convey the seven-star level of service unfailingly on offer at Universal Diapers,and from the owner.Just as described in the theme song for the sitcom Cheers, it *is* nice being in a place where everybody knows your name, and that feeling best describeshow you are made to feel at Universal Diapers, as the owner simultaneously implies he'd been waiting for you, finally you've come, and that he's so happy to see you.I unreservedly stand by every word in this review, as I have enjoyed 2+ years of consistent stellar service, and most other reviews show this is not a rare experience.Just a few examples of how over-and-above he can go, and how patient and generous he can be:Running late and can't make it before close? He's waited past close for me.Really want to try a new style but not wanting to commit to a whoie bag? He's got single and double (1 -2) diaper packs.Two products' prices were switched in error? No problem; the more expensive pack is going home with you today for the cheaper price!So, I'm realising that I've said basically nothing about the extensive selection, the inclusive sizing, the fact Universal Diapers is sole brick-and-moarterCanadian retail distributor or Rearz diapers, the customer requests for the Tykables line and special styles like Little Kings imported from Japan.What are you waiting for? We have a great experience every visit. From cloth diapers, swim suits, hats, stroller accessories, they have it all! The staff is always helpful and lovely to deal with.

The only place I could find a sun hat to fit my newborn! The sales person was super helpful and kind. We will be back :)

I have never had such amazing and personal customer service ever I will never stop shopping at universal diapers. Even when they know u are the baby they are super helpful and dont discriminate I love these guys.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Wenyua (Lewis). He was super friendly, great communication throughout entire interaction and even made a long distance delivery for me!! He is VERY honest, I paid over the phone via VISA, the next day when he delivered the products there was a dime taped to my receipt because I had paid 10 cents more! I was shocked at such honesty, i didnt even know i had paid 10 cents more. I definitely recommend this guy/company and I will also definitely be returning for more products!
